Tempting Hot Mushroom Medley

Serve: 1-2
Ingredients:
70 gm enoki mushrooms
100gm baby chestnut mushrooms
100gm shitake mushrooms
100gm baby tomato
100gm red onion (sliced)
8gm (2 pcs) garlic (finely sliced)
3 tbp Tempting Onion Balsamic
3 tbp cooking oil
5gm coriander or parsley
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
In a pan add oil and chestnut mushrooms and fry over low fire.
Add shitake mushrooms, baby tomato and enoki mushrooms, mix and cover until cooked.
Remove cover and add coriander or parsley leaves, Tempting Onion Balsamic. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toasted bread and a teaspoon of Tempting Onion Balsamic sauce.
